For more information about the school, visit: https://cjanchieta.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage scheduling and availability of technological resources, ensuring equipment is distributed, collected, and verified according to requests. * Maintain proper conservation, cleaning, and appropriate usage of equipment under your responsibility. * Support teachers and pedagogical teams in using institutional platforms (Office 365, AgendaEdu, portals, Google Meet, Zoom, Canva, etc.). * Set up and operate audiovisual and multimedia equipment during classes, training sessions, and institutional events. * Provide Level 1 technical support to staff and teachers. * Install and update software, drivers, and peripherals. * Assist in relocating and replacing equipment (computers, projectors, monitors, etc.). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Connect and test equipment on Wi-Fi and wired networks. * Support routines and maintenance tasks performed by Level 2 technicians. * Assist in managing and updating the technology equipment inventory. * Conduct periodic asset inspections to identify movements and maintenance needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. **Additional Information** * **On-site work in Florianópolis/SC.** * **Working hours:** 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM The educational mission presupposes **FORMING** independent and responsible individuals capable of **BELIEVING** in life and **UNDERSTANDING** reality, **ACTING** within it to become better and improve the quality of life for all society.
