RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain the platform's frontend using React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API/Redux, React Router, etc.); Ensure user interface quality (UI/UX) by implementing responsive, accessible designs focused on usability; Collaborate with the Design and Product teams to turn wireframes and prototypes into practical and visually appealing features; Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring fast loading and efficient data handling; Integrate the frontend with backend services through RESTful API consumption, managing complex states and data flows; Contribute to the creation and evolution of reusable components within our design system; Write clean, modular, testable, and well-documented code following industry best practices; **Create and maintain unit and integration tests (e.g.:** Jest, React Testing Library) to ensure code stability and quality; Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating on estimations, code reviews, and technical discussions; Review peers' code (code review) and share best practices; Stay up-to-date with trends and new tools in the frontend ecosystem. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in frontend development with a focus on building complex web applications; Advanced knowledge of React and its ecosystem; Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS/Styled Components, and JavaScript (ES6\+); Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and application state management; Experience with code versioning tools such as Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket; Residence in the Florianópolis region. **Differentials (Will be considered a plus):** Knowledge of TypeScript; Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright; Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frontend application deployment concepts; Experience in developing Design Systems or Component Libraries; Understanding of UX and best accessibility practices.
