Opportunity for development and progression across three levels FUNCTION: Accounts Payable MISSION: Perform slightly more comprehensive routines in accounts payable. In this role, we begin developing document analysis skills to ensure accuracy and compliance of information, always under appropriate guidance. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Financial Assistant is responsible for performing slightly more complex tasks than an Assistant, such as document analysis, coordination with accounting/tax departments, and support for construction projects, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of accounts payable processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and record invoices (e.g., service invoices, DANF) in the Totvs system. * Enter data into financial systems, verifying basic information (e.g., supplier registration). * Support preparation of payment folders. * The Financial Assistant position comprises three levels. Progression from one level to another depends on the employee’s discernment ability and degree of learning regarding assigned routines. * Evaluation criteria: proactivity, accurate analytical capability, availability, communication, teamwork, and pursuit of knowledge through education/degree programs. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Other activities related to the department and other finance areas, such as accounts receivable and treasury, as required.
