You’ll work as an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test), actively contributing to test development, infrastructure, and reliability of AI\-based systems. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team comprising data scientists, AI engineers, and backend and frontend developers, primarily using Python and React. **Your key responsibilities:** * Design and evolve the testing strategy for AI products; * Develop automated tests (E2E, regression, and unit); * Establish a robust quality foundation by structuring processes and practices; * Write and maintain code in Python and TypeScript to validate APIs and business workflows; * Support defining testing strategies for workflows involving LLMs, agents, and AI pipelines. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience with test automation and hands\-on knowledge of Playwright, pytest, and vitest; * Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; * Experience with API testing, and familiarity with Git, APIs, and SQL; * Autonomy and willingness to build infrastructure from scratch; * Genuine interest in learning about AI and testing non\-deterministic systems. **Nice\-to\-have qualifications:** * Experience with LLM observability tools such as Phoenix (Arize) or LangSmith; * Knowledge of LangGraph workflows; * Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks like RAGAS and DeepEval; * Experience with load testing using k6 and monitoring tools like Datadog; * Experience with GitHub Actions or CircleCI, and prior experience ensuring quality for AI products, APIs, or backend systems. * Being (or aspiring to become) an active community member who shares knowledge internally and externally via events, articles, mentoring, volunteer initiatives, open\-source projects, etc. **Hiring process steps:** * **Application** \- Submit your application; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency\-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Final Interview** \- Technical and final alignment interview with the team lead; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the hiring process, including job offer presentation. **Note:** Additional steps or adjustments may apply depending on process requirements.
