Job Summary:
Professional responsible for collecting and calculating data for payroll, terminations, and vacation accruals; managing leaves of absence; and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Monthly salary between R$ 4.059,00 and R$ 4.500,00; meal or food allowance of R$ 700.00; transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; childcare assistance; training opportunities; wellness policies; diverse partnership agreements. After the probationary period, additional benefits include health and dental insurance, birthday leave, among others.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience in this role;
* Availability to work onsite in the Estreito neighborhood, Florianópolis;
* Proactivity, commitment, and decision-making ability;
* Proficiency in Excel;
* Familiarity with the Questor system is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collect payroll data and perform required calculations;
* Calculate termination settlements and vacation entitlements;
* Monitor leaves of absence and statutory job protections;
* Track and apply rules stipulated in Collective Bargaining Agreements;
* Provide support on CLT labor legislation and collective agreements;
* Conduct termination homologation;
* Communicate with all departments and employees;
* Manage and organize vacation schedules;
* Administer health, dental, and pharmacy benefit plans.
