




Responsibilities: Conduct client admissions according to eSocial deadlines, calculate day and night shift schedules, salary and job description amendments, monitor collective labor agreements (CCT) and medical reports for accurate data registration, track probationary period deadlines, and provide customer service; Knowledge of Labor Legislation; Labor Calculations; and other related department duties. Preferred qualifications: Experience in personnel department and knowledge of Questor/Sênior (rubi) systems. This is an on-site position from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM in Campinas – SJ. Salary: BRL 2,566.92 + Childcare allowance for dependents up to 6 years old; Meal or food allowance: BRL 22.90 per business day; Health and Dental Insurance (after probation period), company covers 50% of the monthly health plan fee for the employee; Home office once a month on Fridays (after 6 months); Workplace gymnastics 3 times a week; Unlimited fruits at the office; Milk coffee; Opportunities for growth and transfer to another role.
