**What we are looking for** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Experience in industrial production processes within the pharmaceutical sector; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Hands-on experience operating and adjusting industrial machinery; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Intermediate knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations; * Experience managing teams in a production environment; * Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors. **Your mission on our team** * Supervise the production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery; * Lead and develop the team, ensuring high performance and adherence to established routines; * Monitor processes, records, and key performance indicators to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and standards; * Drive continuous improvement of production processes and materials management; * Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Work location:** On-site – Estreito, Florianópolis/SC **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:30 **Our benefits:** * Benefits offered * Birthday day off; * Meal/food allowance: BRL 29.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly food basket; * Group life insurance; * Pharmacy network agreement (payroll deduction); * Gym membership agreement (Pratique network); * ACIF association agreement; * Fully equipped cafeteria for employee use.
