




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage local demands, payroll, employee work schedules, HR metrics, and labor relations, promoting development and integration. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in Recruitment & Selection, payroll processing, and employee work schedule management 2. Analysis of HR metrics and resolution of labor-related issues 3. Organization of HR events and leadership/team development * Analyze and deliver HR department demands, meeting local requirements; * Perform Recruitment & Selection activities; * Submit unit information for payroll processing, including work schedule control, benefits, and variable payroll components (Senior System); * Manage the employee work schedule, being present at the unit's production site, delivering training and providing support for inquiries; * Remotely monitor payroll-related information for Inloco employees; * Conduct verification after processing and submit documentation and information for onboarding, offboarding, leave requests, and unit payroll; * Analyze unit metrics (Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime, among others); * Analyze and resolve labor-related issues (serving as legal representative when required); * Organize HR events aligned with the internal marketing calendar; * Guide and develop leaders and teams; * Deliver training and onboarding programs.
