We are growing further and looking for a professional to conduct consultative sales, digital prospecting, and customer relationship management for individuals interested in motorcycle rentals. Main Responsibilities * Prospect new customers (e.g., motorcycle couriers, ride-hailing drivers, companies, freelancers, and other profiles) through in-person, digital, and partnership initiatives. * Actively manage social media channels (primarily Instagram), creating simple, interactive, and engaging content about the company's services. * Serve customers in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp, presenting suitable and customized solutions. * Understand customer needs and present optimal options regarding motorcycles, plans, and commercial terms. * Negotiate and finalize contracts in accordance with company policies. * Guide customers on rules, maintenance, return procedures, and best practices for motorcycle usage. * Record customer information and negotiation details in internal systems, tracking the sales funnel and conversion metrics. * Maintain a consultative relationship with the existing customer base to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose commercial actions to enhance performance and increase conversion rates. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Experience in sales or commercial customer service. * Proficiency with social media and digital communication (Instagram and WhatsApp Business). * Strong communication skills, a consultative attitude, and negotiation ability. * Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with the Velo system and experience in automotive rental. Job Details * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work Format: On-site * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Salary: R$2\.500,00 \+ commission per rental completed. * Benefits: Full transportation allowance (no payroll deduction), performance-based bonuses, and partnerships with SESC and SESI.
