




Job Summary: Work in the kitchen assisting with pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, performing cutting, food sanitation, and food organization, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support dish preparation and plating with organization and efficiency. 2. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of the workplace. 3. Teamwork with a focus on organization and attention to detail. * Assist with pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes as directed by the cook and chef. * Perform cutting, food sanitation, and food organization. * Maintain a complete and organized mise en place. * Ensure cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment during and after service. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (good practices). * Support inventory organization and proper storage of supplies. * Perform basic cooking tasks (grilling, frying, baking) when required. * Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Agility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the schedule.
