The candidate must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to work effectively in a team. **Job Information:** * Position: Helper * Salary: R$ 1\.653,63 * Schedule: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM – 12x36 shift pattern * Work Location: R. Profa. Maria Flora Pausewang – Trindade, Florianópolis – SC, 88036\-800 * Gender: Female **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed elementary school; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and general support activities; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in environmental cleaning and maintenance routines; * Maintain spaces organized and in good condition for use; * Support the team in operational demands; * Follow safety guidelines and internal regulations. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
