Contribute to excellence in the customer experience Job Description: * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization activities in the hotel's common areas; * Ensure that environments are always clean, safe, and pleasant for guests, visitors, and employees; * Follow the hotel's established quality, hygiene, and safety standards; * Contribute to excellence in the customer experience through the maintenance of welcoming and well-maintained environments; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – gloves, waterproof apron, mask, safety shoes, protective goggles; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the department, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
