




Job Summary: Responsible for producing and preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring quality, flavor, hygiene, and presentation, operating across all kitchen stages while maintaining organization. Key Highlights: 1. Works at all stages of culinary production, from mise en place to final plating 2. Ensures quality, flavor, aroma, and presentation of dishes 3. Maintains kitchen hygiene, as well as cleanliness of equipment and utensils Produces and prepares dishes—including risottos, pastas, salads, side dishes, and others—ensuring quality, flavor, aroma, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with the Chef's instructions. Operates across all production stages, from mise en place to final plating, ensuring service speed and excellence. Performs kitchen, equipment, dishware, and utensil sanitation, maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards. Assists in requisitioning, controlling, and storing ingredients, ensuring proper ingredient usage. Carries out other operational kitchen tasks, contributing to service efficiency and quality. Adheres to food handling best practices and health surveillance regulations. Provides coverage during attendant break periods.
