Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization Preparation and production of risottos, pasta dishes, side dishes, and other menu items, ensuring quality, flavor, aroma, presentation, and hygiene of dishes according to the Chef's instructions. Performs all production stages, from mise en place to final dish plating, ensuring service speed and excellence. Conducts kitchen, equipment, tableware, and utensil sanitation, maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards. Assists with requisitioning, inventory control, and storage of supplies, ensuring proper ingredient usage. Performs other operational kitchen tasks, contributing to service efficiency and quality. Adheres to food handling best practices and sanitary surveillance regulations. Occasionally covers front-of-house duties during staff breaks.
