CLEANING ATTENDANT

Description

Reside in Florianópolis and have access to bus lines that reach the Trindade neighborhood, preferably living near the center of Florianópolis. Main responsibilities: Adherence to cleaning schedules; performing professional cleaning in internal/external areas; bathroom cleaning; garbage removal; knowledge of cleaning products and equipment; experience in condominiums; floor and courtyard washing; discipline to work independently or as part of a team; and compliance with client-established instructions. Work location: Back Green Towers. Working hours: 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break. Saturdays: 08:00–12:00, alternating with Sundays. Remuneration: R$1\.653,63 VA (R$ 27,29/day) \+ 20% hazard allowance \+ 7% attendance bonus. Additional attributes: Ability to work independently or collaboratively; helpfulness; attention to detail during cleaning tasks; and proactivity in a condominium environment.
