FUNCTION OBJECTIVE** Prepare cocktails and serve beverages efficiently and with strict standardization, ensuring technical quality and the speed required for the bar's operational volume. **2\. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Cocktail Preparation:** Technical execution of classic and signature cocktails strictly according to the house’s technical specifications. * **Mise en Place:** Daily preparation of all ingredients (syrups, juices, garnishes, and pre\-preparations) before opening. * **Inventory Management:** Bottle tracking, ingredient counting, and organization of dry and refrigerated inventory at the bar. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Continuous cleaning of work surfaces, sinks, utensils, and maintaining workstation organization throughout service. * **Draft Beer System Operation:** Correct draft beer dispensing and keg monitoring. **3\. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year as a bartender in medium\/high-volume establishments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in classic mixology and preparation techniques (shaken, stirred, built). * **Efficiency:** Demonstrated ability to maintain delivery standards during peak order periods. * **Profile:** Professional demeanor, organization of work tools, and focus on minimizing ingredient waste. **4\. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Base Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00\. * **Additional Compensation:** Tips (gratuities) \+ Night shift allowance applied to hours worked after 10 p.m. * **Benefits:** Transportation voucher and on\-site meals. **5\. WORK SCHEDULE AND ROTATION** * **Working Hours:** 8 hours of work \+ 1 hour break. * **Rotation Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (weekly day off). * **Shifts:** * **Tue, Wed, Sun:** (4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.\) * **Thu, Fri, Sat:** (3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.\) or (5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.\).
