JUNIOR QUALITY ANALYST

Description

**Main Responsibilities:** Assist in the implementation/maintenance of the quality management system; Ensure that policies and objectives are documented, communicated to all staff, and understood and implemented by them to guarantee the required quality; Assist in audit management; assist in controlling reviews and changes to documents related to the management system; Analyze and address internal and external nonconformities; implement and monitor preventive, corrective, and improvement actions; Plan, maintain, and control the continuous improvement plan; Handle customer incidents and requests; Conduct internal training to qualify the team; Critically analyze and manage Quality Management System documentation; Conduct routine audits; Map laboratory and administrative area processes; Open, track, and test tickets with Ultralims support; Assist supervision regarding necessary actions related to risks and opportunities; Implement the quality management system; Propose laboratory policies **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably with a focus on Quality. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (Intermediate level); **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance / Food allowance \+ Mobility allowance or Commuter allowance; * Health insurance \+ Dental insurance \- Effective after 90 days (co-payment only); * Life insurance; * Professional growth opportunities; * Working hours: 41 hours per week – from 8:00 AM to 5:12 PM, Monday through Friday; * Birthday day off; * Competitive salary; * Career development path; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Work location: Bela Vista - Palhoça/SC.
