Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, agile, and organized kitchen assistant to support pre-preparation, preparation of salads and frozen meals, and kitchen cleaning and organization. Sanitizing utensils and labeling supplies *We seek a professional with prior experience as a kitchen assistant who is proactive, agile, and organized, and who maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization.* **Job Responsibilities:** * Assisting with pre\-preparation of hot buffet items, restocking, and salad preparation * Assisting with pre\-preparation and preparation of frozen meal kits, including portioning * Kitchen cleaning and organization * Sanitizing utensils and labeling used supplies * Pre\-preparation and finalization for à la carte menu items and snacks **Working Hours:** * 6 days per week (Monday through Sunday, *with one weekly day off*) * From 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM (including a 1-hour break) *Restaurant located at PASSEIO PRIMAVERA, SC 401\. Florianópolis.
