Description: What We Expect From You: Prerequisites: Degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in interior execution, carpentry, and decoration. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in reading and analyzing interior construction drawings; negotiation and supplier management skills; attention to detail; aesthetic sensibility; and results-oriented mindset. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Analyze interior construction drawings, sales showrooms, and decorated units to ensure technical compliance and adherence to product concept. * Request adjustments and corrections to drawings upon identification of inconsistencies or improvement opportunities. * Initiate and monitor purchase orders for all interior and landscape items related to sales showrooms, decorated units, and developments. * Plan and monitor the execution of carpentry, interiors, decoration, and landscaping, ensuring timelines, quality, and standardization. * Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and internal teams during environment assembly and finalization. * Support leadership in budgetary control and execution scheduling. * Ensure final delivery complies with approved drawings, respects architectural concept, and follows company branding guidelines. 2512060202191849425
