Job Summary:
Civil Engineering Intern to work in technical controlling, supporting physical-financial monitoring of construction projects and cost analysis.

**Job Objective:**
Support the technical controlling area in the physical\-financial monitoring of construction projects and developments, contributing to budgetary control, cost analysis, and decision-making support.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in monitoring the **budgeted vs. actual** performance of construction projects;
* Support the preparation and updating of **management reports** and performance indicators;
* Contribute to the control and updating of the **physical\-financial schedule** of developments;
* Assist in the analysis of **construction costs**, measurements, and contracts;
* Support the preparation of **budget forecasts (forecast)**;
* Monitor and organize technical and financial documentation of projects;
* Support the consolidation of information for results meetings;
* Perform data entry and verification in systems (e.g., Sienge or similar);
* Assist in identifying deviations and support proposing control improvements.
Requirements:
Preferably from the 4th semester of Civil Engineering onward
