Focused on the benefits of using post-tensioning systems in civil construction, AWA’s product portfolio includes bonded steel strands, greased and sheathed steel strands, gabions, and various other products. **Opportunity for Junior/Pleno HR Analyst** Ensure smooth daily people management operations by carrying out payroll administration and HR activities to guarantee implementation of the department’s plan and promote organizational longevity. **Responsibilities** Manage benefits operations, including enrollments, top-ups, and cancellations; Verify electronic time records for Head Office and Branches and perform necessary adjustments; Record payroll-related events and forward them to Accounting; Send salary receipts to employees at Branch and Head Office; Manage employee vacation and leave schedules; Recruitment and Selection (draft job descriptions and align candidate profiles with managers; post and monitor job openings; screen received CVs; conduct interviews; provide feedback to candidates); Carry out full onboarding processes (verify documents and enter data into the system; arrange pre-employment medical exams; grant system access; complete all procedural formalities); Carry out full offboarding processes (inform Accounting of terminations; arrange signing of termination documents and withdrawal of benefits; conduct exit interviews and analyze their outcomes); Organize HR documentation; Procure internal gifts as needed; Plan and execute internal events, internal marketing initiatives, and internal communications, as well as support external events; Monitor probation period evaluations, provide feedback, report issues, and identify cases of non-adaptation; Administer and oversee the Occupational Medicine and Safety Program, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment, periodic, and termination medical examinations, and compliance with all related requirements; Collaborate with consultants to monitor performance evaluations, ensuring all responsible parties adhere to the schedule and deliver feedback; Manage service contracts for employees and third-party contractors in coordination with Accounting; Monitor the Collective Bargaining Agreement and report annual agreements within legal deadlines to implement changes to salary tables and payroll; Follow rules governing job classification and compensation plans, applying promotion, evaluation, and review criteria with consultant support; Provide support to employees, addressing inquiries, channeling requests, and resolving potential conflicts; Assist in training and development projects, capacity-building initiatives, climate surveys, programs, and other projects; Perform additional HR-related tasks as required. **Benefits**: Meal allowance: BRL 500.00 (increases to BRL 1,100.00 after three months) – no payroll deduction.
