Key Responsibilities: * Lead advanced analytics and data science projects. * Define policies and standards for data collection, processing, and analysis. * Develop predictive and prescriptive models for process optimization. * Develop process automations. * API integration. * Mentor and train junior and mid-level analysts. * Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools. * Serve as an internal consultant, aligning strategic business needs with data analysis solutions. **Required Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets * Programming in Python or R for predictive modeling and machine learning * Experience in data architecture and integration across multiple systems * Advanced use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) * Data governance and information security in data projects * Agile methodologies applied to data analytics projects * Data lake design * Data lakehouse design **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM** **Work Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa** Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related areas.
