We are a company with 12 years of market experience, serving nearly 2 million users across Brazil. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service; * Proficiency with technology; * Knowledge of Excel platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver training to customers, proactively teaching them how to use system features, clarifying doubts, and resolving issues; * Collaborate with other company departments to provide integrated and customized solutions for customers; * Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail in a responsive and * Ensure timely project delivery by managing schedules and priorities; * Participate in the platform launch by performing necessary parameterizations and configurations; * Update departmental metrics, monitoring performance and customer satisfaction.
