Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs. Conduct cleaning and maintenance of all areas and equipment. Manage gardening tasks (mowing, weeding, planting) and safeguard asset preservation, always ensuring safe working conditions. Previous experience as a Cleaning Assistant, Building Maintenance Operator, General Services Helper, or Facilities Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. Completion of elementary education required.
