Focus on customer service, systems, and negotiation AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Front-desk service at the technical assistance center, service order creation, communicating repair timelines to customers, product testing with customers, providing quotations, and delivering full warranty/out-of-warranty support. REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency with systems, customer service, and negotiation skills. WORK HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. (No work on Sundays). BASE SALARY (BRL 2,025.00) + BONUS + MEAL ALLOWANCE + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE OR FUEL ALLOWANCE.
