Maintenance of sector quality and hygiene Job Description: * Restock merchandise on the counter whenever products are sold; * Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer requests and inquiries regarding products, and offering and recommending products; * Prepare (cut, sort, etc.) products and package them according to departmental manual instructions; * Prepare and deliver customer-requested products (weight, type, etc.), packaged and labeled according to product code; * Store products in respective refrigerated chambers; * Daily removal of deteriorated, unsightly, or expired merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Carry out production of various departmental products, including baking, boiling, and frying; * Record daily quantities of non-reusable merchandise remaining at store closing (leftovers/breakage); * Place daily orders for merchandise with the central production unit; * Daily verification of merchandise delivered by the central production unit against invoices; * Clean equipment, facilities, and utensils as needed; * Notify sector leadership regarding maintenance or repair needs for machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Dispose of non-reusable merchandise remaining at store closing into designated waste bins; * Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, teaching, and conveying company activities and regulations to new employees; * Remove products from refrigerated chambers for proper preparation.
