





We are looking for a professional for Kitchen Assistant. **Requirements:** Experience as a Kitchen Assistant Proactive, agile, organized, attentive to details, committed to the hygiene of utensils and maintaining organization of the work area and service quality. **Responsibilities:** * Chop vegetables, season meats, cook food using different methods (frying, baking, steaming, etc.) and prepare sauces and side dishes. * It is essential that the production cook ensures food is prepared according to food safety standards, using appropriate cooking and handling techniques. * Perform inventory management, organizing and controlling food stock, checking product quality. * Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following established hygiene and safety protocols. Availability to work in the center of Florianópolis.
