Your Challenge You will be responsible for both sales execution and commercial model structuring, actively contributing to defining processes, strategies, and operational growth. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & StructuringSupport defining and validating the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Contribute to building and evolving the sales funnel Participate in creating and continuously improving the commercial playbook Support defining goals, metrics, and performance review rituals Sales ExecutionLead the full B2B sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) Conduct meetings with decision-makers (clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations) Develop consultative commercial proposals Manage and update the sales pipeline Channels & Market LearningTest and operate channels such as outbound, inbound, and partnerships Create and execute contact cadences Record market learnings, objections, and feedback Bring field insights to product and strategy evolution **Requirements:** Experience in B2B sales (preferably in technology or startups) Experience in consultative selling and negotiation with decision-makers Interest in structuring processes (not just executing) Familiarity with tools and daily use of AI Clear communication and organization Analytical and data-driven mindset Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mentality Benefits Hybrid work model (Florianópolis) 40-hour workweek 3 days onsite | 2 days remote PJ contract **Compensation:** fixed + variable
