We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Analyst focused on **event production and management**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing in-person, hybrid, and online initiatives for AG Capital Group. The goal is to transform events into **demand generation**, brand strengthening, and relationship building with customers, partners, and strategic audiences.
### **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and execute Group events (in-person, hybrid, and online), from briefing to final delivery.
* Develop timelines, checklists, workflows, and project governance (deadlines, responsibilities, approvals).
* Interface with internal departments (Sales, BizDev, Product, Customer Success, Leadership) to define objectives, target audience, messaging, and value proposition.
* Manage suppliers and partners (venues, AV equipment, staging, giveaways, catering, security, photography/filming, producers, webinar platforms, etc.), including contract negotiation and monitoring.
* Support budget definition and control per event (planned vs. actual), ensuring efficiency and predictability.
* Coordinate end-to-end logistics: registrations, attendance lists, check-in, materials, setup/teardown, travel, itinerary, and schedule.
* Lead event material production in collaboration with the team (invitations, landing pages, emails, social media, presentations, signage, and kits).
* Implement the promotion and registration acquisition strategy jointly with the Growth team (paid media, CRM/HubSpot, workflows, and segmentation).
* Oversee execution on event day, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
* Conduct post-event activities: reporting, learnings, NPS, follow-ups, lead organization, and handoff to SDR/Sales.
* Measure outcomes and present analyses: registrations, attendance, CAC/CPA (where applicable), MQL/SQL, influenced pipeline, ROI, and brand metrics.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Solid experience in **event production** (B2B corporate experience is a strong differentiator).
* Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
* Negotiation and supplier management skills (scope, timeline, quality, and budget).
* Organizational skills and attention to detail: timelines, checklists, risk plans.
* Strong written and verbal communication for alignment with leadership and internal departments.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and processes (e.g., **HubSpot**, forms/landing pages, email campaigns, campaign metrics).
* Availability for in-person event participation and occasional travel.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **webinars and online events** (platforms and operations).
* Knowledge of **paid media** for registration acquisition (Meta/LinkedIn/Google).
* Experience organizing events targeting specific markets: **tax, accounting, B2B, technology, and consulting**.
* Understanding of lead journey and integration between events, CRM, SDR/Sales.
