




Job Summary: Work as a Junior Technical Support Analyst to maintain sales operations continuity in stores by providing on-site and remote support for systems, applications, and hardware. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote support for maintaining retail technology environments. 2. Deployment and support of equipment and systems in stores, ensuring operational continuity. 3. Focus on continuous improvement of IT solutions through interaction with various organizational levels. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical certification (preferred); Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience/Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server (2020) – Basic level; Experience as Level 2 Technical Support, providing on-site or remote assistance to end users (microcomputing); Knowledge of retail operations and POS/commercial automation; **Preferred** Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum); Knowledge of application support and maintenance, ITIL, Azure, incident management, problem management, and change management. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure sales operations continuity in stores through on-site visits and remote support for applications, systems, and hardware, maximizing technological environment availability. Perform equipment deployment, assembly, and installation in stores (software and hardware), as well as assessment/maintenance in case of incidents, coordinating with vendors. Ensure store inventory execution through on-site monitoring and support; Triage application errors for analysts by monitoring and responding to tickets opened by stores; Apply technical checklists both on-site and remotely in stores. Identify opportunities for improving IT-driven solutions through interaction with all hierarchical levels within the store structure; **Work Format** Hiring of a Junior Technical Support Analyst for on-site work with technical visits to stores. On-site visits to stores and regions according to a pre-established weekly schedule.
