We seek an Administrative Assistant to support installation technicians and regional offices, ensuring smooth execution of security system installations and maintenance across Brazil. You will join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and service quality. *️ Key Responsibilities Support security system installation technicians; Contact regional offices to identify available equipment for installation; Schedule appointments with customers and third-party technicians; Ensure equipment is available at regional offices prior to installations; Monitor pending items and regional office statuses; Register Service Orders (SO) and payment amounts for each installation in the system; Generate activity and payment reports; Monitor compliance with agreed SLAs. What We Expect From You Completed high school education; Strong communication and organizational skills; Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.); Proactivity and attention to detail; Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
