We have an excellent professional development opportunity for you. **Position: Apprentice Youth \- Reception (6 hours)** **Job Responsibilities:** Assist in welcoming patients and visitors arriving at the clinic or hospital, performing administrative tasks such as: entering registration data into the system, requesting document signatures, and directing individuals to the appropriate department; Assist patients by scheduling appointments, accommodating walk-ins, and/or providing guidance; Deliver documents to patients (test reports, medical certificates, prescriptions, medical records, etc.); Request and follow up on authorizations for scheduled procedures with health insurance providers; Perform other duties related to the department as required and needed. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, either from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. **Salary:** R$1\.244,76 per month **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal/food allowance of R$20.00 per workday, uniform, and a day off during the employee's birth month.
