If you believe in the power of collective action, value genuine relationships, and want to contribute to a real purpose—advancing healthcare in Brazil by caring for our customers and supporting the evolution of their businesses—your place may be here. **So, are you ready to become a TSM?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and document corporate processes, identifying bottlenecks, operational failures, rework, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Develop, review, and keep updated workflows, operational procedures, work instructions, policies, and other process-related documents; * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses based on KPIs, operational data, evidence, and feedback from involved departments to identify opportunities and support decision-making; * Support the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives, aiming for simplification, operational efficiency, productivity gains, and reduction of deviations; * Collaborate with various organizational departments in reviewing, designing, and evolving processes, participating in corporate continuous improvement and operational transformation projects, contributing analytical, structured thinking focused on efficiency; * Support the design and implementation of new operational workflows, ensuring alignment among involved departments and adherence to business objectives; * Support root cause analyses and development of action plans to address deviations, opportunities, and process inefficiencies; * Participate in corporate continuous improvement, process transformation, and cross-departmental initiatives, contributing analytical and structured insights; * Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization of processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, IT, Process Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in process mapping, analysis and improvement, workflow development and operational documentation, KPI analysis, and implementation of improvements; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** Department: Quality Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Opportunity available for units in São José/SC and Blumenau/SC.
