Eneva in **Silves/Itapiranga** wants you on the team! \#JoinEneva If you want to work as a Maintenance Supervisor, we have a new challenge for you! **Main responsibilities:*** Responsible for supervising and monitoring maintenance planning, analyzing the use of resources (own and contracted labor, lifting and access equipment, parts, consumables and tools), aiming at carrying out maintenance. \- Supervise and prepare planning for preventive and predictive maintenance activities\- Monitor and track OS indicators and downtime in hours \- Supervise, plan and schedule withdrawal from inventory and/or purchase of services, materials, spare parts and tools. \- Ensure that supply processes related to the Maintenance Department are executed according to related procedures \- Suggest improvements in operational procedures, aiming at continuous optimization of the service process for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance regarding response time, resources used, and quality, safety, health and environmental aspects applicable. * Provide information to ensure proper execution of the annual and multi-year budget related to industrial maintenance. \- Assist in controlling parts and spare parts and prepare equipment specifications for replacements \- Promote continuous motivation of the maintenance team, optimize their performance and foster good relationships among team members, other maintenance teams and other departments \- Manage people within your team and identify training needs for the area. * Prepare occasional budgets and technical reports. **To apply, you need:*** Experience in the maintenance field * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering * Availability to work in shifts **Work location**: Silves/Itapiranga **Learn more about us by visiting our website:** www.eneva.com.br. **Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency in its selection processes and does not request any kind of payment during the recruitment process.** **Join our team!
