Job Details
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare justifications for accounting variances in each department’s budget, conduct budget monitoring, and actively participate in the unit’s budget planning process.
Monitor and identify payments made to perform bank reconciliations.
Record company-responsible invoice copies via Soft Expert.
Monitor incoming bills along with their respective due dates; contact suppliers as needed and, if required, forward them and notify headquarters’ finance team.
Issue, monitor, record, and write off all unit assets in the system, based on the item number provided by the branch manager.

Issue invoices for outgoing goods clearance.
Monitor and report on third-party contracts managed by the unit, verifying validity and engaging in negotiations to ensure alignment with requesting departments.
Generate reports for settlements with service providers.
Manage fixed fund entries and amounts.
Request travel reservations (flights, hotels) for employees traveling on company business.
Process employee travel advance requests, as well as receive and record travel expense reports.
Actively participate in and contribute to Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives—such as SSO, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security—among others.

**Required Qualifications:**
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics, or related fields;
Knowledge of tax regulations, administrative routines, and controls;
Willingness to work in Itacoatiara–AM;
