Your role here will include: Managing business units (Branch, Service Point or PAB) of sizes C, D and E, ensuring actions are focused on seizing commercial opportunities, service delivery, and infrastructure; Driving team performance and career development (through training and upskilling); Supervising and serving customers visiting the business unit, ensuring excellence in their experience; Managing NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement initiatives when necessary; Ensuring quality in accordance with standards and procedures established by the bank and regulatory bodies; Visiting the Microregion to foster new business opportunities and acquire new customers; Team engagement initiatives.
