Prior experience coordinating training and employee development initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Willingness to travel. Mobility (driver’s license and personal vehicle).**Responsibilities** --------------------- Implement training strategies aligned with operational and team development needs (e.g., startup, system change, relocation, etc.).
