




**Education:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Relations, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of international trade procedures; * Residency in Nova Lima or nearby cities; * Behavioral skills: strong interpersonal communication, focused attention, organizational ability, proactivity, quick adaptation to new situations, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Serve a portfolio of clients assigned by the immediate supervisor, guiding them on issuing various documents with support from an analyst; * Analyze and/or prepare (as needed) various documents (Commercial Invoices, Pro Forma Invoices, Packing Lists, Draft Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Cargo Receipt, Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and others), subject to verification by an analyst or immediate supervisor; * Request shipping reservations for ocean and/or air freight by contacting freight forwarders or shipping lines, or arrange road transportation when necessary; * Maintain regular contact with clients to verify reported issues; * Register the DUE (Unique Export Declaration), entering data into the company’s internal system, the Brazilian Federal Revenue System, or the client’s system, subject to verification by an analyst or immediate supervisor; * Perform record corrections when required, subject to verification by an analyst or immediate supervisor; * Register LPCO (Export License Application) and monitor approval/requirements via the Brazilian Federal Revenue System, always supported by an analyst or immediate supervisor; * Keep systems and spreadsheets updated and conduct client process follow-up to meet client requests, internal company requirements, and enable inquiries; * Prepare documents required by relevant authorities (e.g., Certificates of Origin); * Monitor and comply with deadlines applicable to the operation; * Monitor and analyze all procedures applicable to the export process—from cargo loading through registration endorsement—and enter information into internal and client systems when required; * Participate in other occasional and related activities within the department as determined by the immediate supervisor, following instructions and guidance to help fulfill departmental demands and obligations.
