The candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of administrative, operational, and clinical activities at the unit, ensuring service quality, compliance with protocols, and internal regulations. The role involves supporting and supervising teams, managing workloads, liaising with service clients, and representing the company institutionally. The candidate will also be responsible for patient admission and follow-up, scheduling and shift planning, analysis of clinical reports, technical support to teams, administration and financial process control at the branch, conducting audits, delivering technical training, and participating in clinical meetings. Additionally, the candidate will support the integration of new professionals, be on standby as required, and ensure compliance with current legislation and the Confidentiality Agreement.
