Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles, monitoring facilities, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and control the access of people and vehicles to the hospital 2. Execute standard operational routines and procedures with excellence 3. Receive and forward correspondence and support administrative activities **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and control the entry and exit of people in hospital facilities, providing relevant information in accordance with established norms, procedures, and standards; * Execute, with excellence, the routines and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the assigned area; * Monitor, observe, and guide vehicle entry and exit at the facility; * Open and close building facilities; * Receive correspondence and forward it to the protocol department; * Request supplies whenever necessary to carry out activities; * Perform other administrative support activities for the area, as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor.****** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed elementary education (up to 5th grade) **Desirable** * Knowledge of customer service, radio communications, and alarm systems. **Work Location:** Hospital da Mulher, Largo de Roma **Additional Information** The Instituto Fernando Filgueiras (IFF) is a Social Organization headquartered in Bahia, composed of professionals with extensive experience in Public Health Management, aiming to achieve excellence in health services delivery, supported by humanized care, teaching and research development, and quality management.
