And we want to build this dream alongside professionals eager to grow, innovate, and become part of a great family called Alfredo’Ro. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Represent the Alfredo’Ro brand with professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. * Deliver humanized and enchanting service, adhering to house standards. * Know the restaurant’s history, dishes, and beverages, guiding customers confidently and promoting consultative sales. * Serve food and beverages accurately and elegantly, per established protocols. * Act as a Trancher—finishing dishes tableside—when requested. * Accurately record orders and ensure timely communication to the kitchen and bar. * Maintain dining room organization, cleanliness, and mise en place according to standards. * Ensure table cleanliness and overall dining room presentation. * Report any non-standard items to the supervisor. * Encourage and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. * Uphold the brand’s culture and values, fostering collaboration and high performance. * Support various functions across the dining room and kitchen, including cleaning and bar assistance. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Communication. * Results Orientation. * Conflict Management. * Teamwork. * Ownership Mindset. * Proactivity. * Agility. * Emotional Intelligence. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Alfredo’Ro Group. * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week. Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Experience as a waiter in restaurants. * Preferred: Experience as a waiter in high-end restaurants.
