If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate the electrical and mechanical maintenance team across the entire industrial park, peripherals, and utilities; Define and monitor maintenance KPIs jointly with the PCM team; Manage people by evaluating individual performance and development, ensuring compliance with current legislation, commitment, motivation, and social needs; Control budget and CAPEX for areas under responsibility; Perform administrative and team management routines to implement plans and required activities; Lead product safety and GMP adjustments, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable standards and current legislation; Seek new application technologies and tools to improve quality, processes, productive capacity, technological advancement, safety, flexibility, and agility; Champion 3Q6S activities to achieve operational excellence; Develop the human potential of your team to build a strong, knowledgeable workforce; Act as an ambassador for occupational safety and hygiene, ensuring a workplace free from unsafe conditions and actions; Perform control and management of measurement instrument calibration, if necessary; Ensure control and technical documentation of machines and equipment at the operational unit; Control and ensure integrity when outsourcing services, including sending parts and equipment for maintenance; Support projects, renovations, construction, and new installations; Conduct root cause analyses and corrective actions for nonconformities arising from the operational area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related fields) Postgraduate studies preferred Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate/advanced) SAP PM module knowledge Extrusion film segment knowledge (a plus) Driver’s license category B **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical Plan Dental Plan Life Insurance Charter Transportation Pharmacy Benefits Meal Voucher Holiday Bonus On-site Lunch Profit Sharing (PLR) **Working Hours:** Administrative (Monday to Friday) For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
