Job Summary: We are seeking a Biological Sciences professional to assist in sample preparation and analysis, inventory control, and laboratory organization, with learning and development opportunities in an inclusive environment. We are a company that offers learning and development opportunities and actively promote diversity and inclusion across our organization. **Are you ready to make a difference and join us in building a better future?** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing solutions (under supervision); * Assist in inventory control for the area (under supervision); * Perform record-keeping controls and procedures (under supervision). * Prepare and analyze laboratory samples (under supervision) * Assist in controlling sample aliquots by: requesting release from the cold chamber, transporting them to the workstation, reporting any issues encountered to the supervisor, preparing them, forwarding them for post-analysis retention, and forwarding them for disposal where applicable (under supervision). * Contribute to organizing and cleaning laboratory areas and materials (under supervision). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be currently enrolled in: Biological Sciences. **Additional Information** **UNIT:** LAURO DE FREITAS **SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 08:00 TO 15:00 **WE OFFER:** Internship stipend Meal/Voucher allowance; Transportation allowance; Dental assistance; Partnerships and agreements with universities and language schools; ALS is the global leader in the provision of laboratory and technical analytical services.
