Our goal is to deliver unique audience experiences by combining technology, comfort, and top-tier entertainment. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** A proactive professional with leadership qualities and a results-driven mindset to manage all aspects of a cinema’s operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational areas (box office, concession stand, auditoriums, and lobby). * Lead, train, and develop the team. * Ensure excellence in customer service. * Manage the unit’s budget, sales, and financial control. * Control inventory and ensure unit organization. * Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional events. * Ensure facility maintenance and security. * Prepare reports and manage work schedules, time clock records, and banked hours. * Represent the unit in meetings and align processes with headquarters. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Shopping mall hours – Rotating 6x1 schedule (works 6 days, rests 1 day) – * Shift: Availability to cover cinema opening and closing hours, including possible morning shifts. **Sunday off in accordance with current legislation.** **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Cash handling allowance: 10% of salary. * Meal allowance: Average R$ 700.00 (R$ 28.00 per working day) * Dental plan * Gympass * Birthday day-off (day off on birthday, per internal policy) * Complimentary movie tickets **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team and operational management. * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.** * **Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$0.01 – R$0.02 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
