Job Summary: Support cocoa sourcing activities with a focus on sustainability, supplier management, and optimization of the production chain, including analyses and field visits. Key Highlights: 1. Financial analysis and optimization of the supply chain **Key Responsibilities** Support cocoa sourcing activities focused on local suppliers, cooperatives, and certified producers; Contribute to achieving targets for purchasing sustainable, traceable cocoa with recognized certifications (UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, among others); Maintain direct contact with producers and suppliers to monitor deliveries, conduct negotiations, and align quality standards; Monitor operational and sustainability indicators related to the cocoa supply chain; Support the procurement team in drafting contracts, price control, and monitoring inventory and logistics; Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making; Carry out field visits and participate in audits and training on good agricultural practices, sustainability, and compliance; Update internal systems and spreadsheets with procurement data, supplier performance metrics, and certifications; Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Logistics, and Sustainability to ensure compliance across the production chain; Support the identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation in sourcing processes and supplier relationships. **Mandatory Requirements** Previous experience of 2–3 years in agribusiness companies, preferably in agricultural commodity sourcing; Experience in the commercial area of Agribusiness; Advanced Excel and Power BI; Advanced English; Willingness to work onsite in Ilhéus; Willingness to travel frequently and stay for extended periods in various states. **Academic Qualifications** Academic degree in: Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; MBA or specialization in agribusiness or commercial areas is mandatory
