




Job Summary: The PCP Analyst manages the production line of construction and maintenance teams in electric power networks, responsible for information processing management and service execution planning. Training employees on service management tools RESPONSIBILITIES: The Planning and Control of Production (PCP) Analyst manages the production line of construction and maintenance team activities in electric power distribution networks, responsible for: Managing information processing and alignment between customers and operational teams and back-office, covering demand receipt from customers, preliminary analysis and screening of material lists, labor, and technical design, assessing planning needs for demands, materials, resources, and teams to meet requirements, scheduling material usage for logistics teams, scheduling demand execution according to route alignment, billing, customer priorities, and Setup's goals; Monitoring executed, unexecuted, divergent, pending, and rescheduled items with teams and team managers; Planning construction and maintenance services in low- and medium-voltage electric power distribution networks to achieve billing targets, regulatory deadlines, customer priorities, and Setup Group interests; Training administrative staff on service management tools and systems; RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Completed or ongoing Technical Course in ELECTROTECHNICS or ELECTROMECHANICS; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, AUTOCAD, KAFFA, and GEOEX; Valid Brazilian driver's license class "B"; Minimum 3 years of experience as an electro-technician, designer, or estimator in electric power distribution networks.
