Job Summary: A pharmacy is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to prepare samples, assist with tests and experiments, record results, maintain laboratory organization, and manage material inventory, all while adhering to biosafety and quality standards. Assist in equipment calibration and basic maintenance The pharmacy seeks a Laboratory Assistant in Itabuna (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare samples, reagents, and materials for laboratory analyses. Assist in conducting tests, assays, and experiments under the supervision of technicians or pharmacists. Record analysis results and data in spreadsheets or control systems. Maintain a clean, organized laboratory compliant with hygiene and biosafety standards. Manage inventory of reagents, materials, and equipment, requesting replenishment as needed. Assist in calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Properly dispose of chemical or biological waste. Support technicians and pharmacists in development, quality control, or production activities. Collaborate in preparing reports and technical documentation when requested. Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Intern, Research Assistant, or Analysis Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
