Do you want to be part of something truly great and learn a lot, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **Your Daily Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Operate and monitor cold rooms, ensuring temperature conditions comply with safety and quality standards. * Manage product intake and dispatch, organizing items efficiently and according to specifications. * Periodically check cold room temperatures and record measurements in spreadsheets or systems. * Control and organize inventory stored in cold rooms, ensuring no waste or contamination occurs. * Identify and report any issues related to cold room operation or stored product quality. * Assist with loading and unloading merchandise when required. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and health regulations. **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Knowledge of temperature control and storage processes for perishable goods. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and good hygiene practices. **It would be a plus if you have:** -------------------- * Experience handling food and perishable products. * Knowledge of temperature control systems and remote cold room monitoring. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ 6x1 shift pattern (one day off per week and two Sundays off per month) **What You’ll Find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Hazard pay * Dental plan * Life insurance * SESC benefits * University partnerships: up to 80% discount at select institutions * Professional growth opportunities
