Record sales in the system, issue invoices, and process payments. Assist with shelf organization and display of medications and hygiene products. Manage inventory by verifying product expiration dates and integrity. Provide basic information about medications, always respecting legal limitations and advising customers to consult the pharmacist when necessary. Receive and process customer orders or product deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized environment compliant with hygiene standards. Assist with product restocking and inventory management. Log complaints, suggestions, or returns and forward them to the responsible person. Adhere to pharmacy safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Receptionist, Customer Consultant, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
