Technical guidance on equipment We seek a dynamic professional for field-based work, serving retail outlets, establishing new partnerships, and providing technical guidance on equipment handling. Work is 100% field-based, with support from regional offices. Responsibilities * Direct service at retail outlets; * Prospecting and establishing new partnerships; * Training and guidance to customers on equipment usage; * Completion of daily external routes. Requirements * Valid Category A driver’s license; * Personal motorcycle with up-to-date documentation; * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills, agility, and familiarity with the local geography; * Availability for travel; * Prior experience in sales, commercial areas, or customer service is desirable. Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: R$ 2.069,40 * Vehicle rental allowance: R$ 624,00 * Hazard pay allowance: R$ 620,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 29.00 per day * Additional benefits: fuel allowance, Gympass (optional), paid vacation, and 13th-month salary * All expenses related to CNPJ fully covered by the employer * Housing assistance provided by the company Working Hours * 44 hours per week * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2.069,40 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
